There was one get-together, or reunion, before this one. Some folks refer to it as a simple gathering of campers. But many others describe that get-together as the FIRST reUNION that sparked the idea that became the USS William R Rush Association. It is for this reason that the webmaster maintains that this reunion in Massachusetts was our SECOND reunion.
